Soban Korean Restaurant Offers Tasty, Original Fare

Soban Korean Restaurant in Petaluma is run by the husband and wife duo of Daniel and Sarah Kim.

Their small restaurant is located in the Plaza North shopping center near Trader Joe’s. Whether making a special trip or fueling up for a shopping trip, Soban offers a variety of creative Korean dishes to suit many palates.

While the lunch and dinner menus are the same, Soban offers additional “lunch specials” — making lunch a great time to go.

Meals are accompanied by banchan, a variety of savory vegetable and fish dishes that complement the meal. Banchan may include  things like kimchi or marinated cucumbers.
