McEvoy Ranch in Petaluma

Petaluma’s McEvoy Ranch is credited with pioneering California’s olive oil industry. By far the largest producer in the state, McEvoy Ranch has 18,000 trees over 80 acres and mills, blends and bottles on-site.

With olive oil tastings by reservation—along with appetizers from its garden—visitors can enjoy the olive groves, vineyards, lavender fields, ponds, palm trees, a lush flower and vegetable garden. McEvoy has hosted friends such as Julia Child and Jacques Pepin.
