As the founder of Bitter Girl Bitters, Hines crafts homemade cocktail bitters from ingredients grown in her garden and sourced from local vendors. Her newest flavor is a collaboration with Petaluma Coffee & Tea, combining the local coffee beans with cocoa nibs, and pink peppercorns.
