Petaluma resident and bartender Erin Hines is ready to put her garden into your cocktail glass.

As the founder of Bitter Girl Bitters, Hines crafts homemade cocktail bitters from ingredients grown in her garden and sourced from local vendors. Her newest flavor is a collaboration with Petaluma Coffee & Tea, combining the local coffee beans with cocoa nibs, and pink peppercorns.

Bitter Girl’s small-batch bitters can be purchased online and in businesses across the Bay Area.
