North Bay Python is coming to Petaluma December 2-3. This software developers conference is expected to attract 200 people, making it the largest event of its kind in Sonoma County history.
Organizers Christopher Neugebaur and Josh Simmons chose Petaluma because it was a more affordable location for attendees than San Francisco.
“The vast majority of our attendees have never been to Petaluma, and several have never heard of it. That’s part of the draw, as we’ve presented it to them. Being dropped off in the middle of a downtown area they don’t know – that’s a good thing,” says Neugebaur. “And it is a good thing, because Petaluma is amazing.”
