Linch Building

The Linch Building at 10 Western Avenue was designed by architect Brainerd Jones and completed in 1910 as Baldwin’s Bakery and Restaurant. It was the first steel-framed building north of San Francisco. The building is unique from others of the same period due to its vertical design.
