Hank's in Petaluma (Argus-Courier)

Hank’s in Petaluma has opened in Theater Square, at Rosso’s former spot. Run by Taps owner Eric Lafranchi and his sister Katie Lafranchi, the wood-fired pizza, expanded beer menu and and outdoor seating at Hank’s are the main features.

Taps’ chef Abraham Asay will help with Hank’s menu. The restaurant’s hours are limited as the business gets going, typically 4-8 p.m. But keep an eye out for it to become a permanent fixture with regular hours soon.
