Chili Joe’s is serving up comfort food near Petaluma’s Walnut Park. This burger and hot dog joint (with a selection of chili, of course) has already gained a lot of local fans.

Right now, the restaurant is open Wednesday through Sunday for lunch. But there are plans to increase their hours and their menu offerings. Chili Joe’s is also working to expand into the yard next door in the spring, creating a mini-beer garden and music venue.

The husband and wife team behind Chili Joe’s, Mark Yuwiler and Wendy Travis, met a decade ago at a pub trivia night in Petaluma.
