The Bodega food truck offers “food and service on par with the area’s best restaurants” from a variety of North Bay locations, including The Block food truck court.
Chef Matthew Elias’ cuisine is inspired by the fresh, local foods available in the area. Described as gourmet California street food, this can vary from the classic fried chicken sandwich to sorrel-cured steelhead on a bagel with homemade chevre and a shaved veggie salad.
Food sources include Stemple Creek Ranch for meats, Hands Full Farms of Valley Ford and Little Wing of Tomales for eggs, and Green String Farms, Piano Farms, County Line Harvest, and Coastal Hills for produce.
Keep an eye out for the bright turquoise truck, named for Petaluma’s Bodega Avenue.
“We designed it in order to fit in anywhere from a fancy winery wedding, to a food truck round-up, like The Block in Petaluma,” says Elias.
