A Petaluma maker space is in the works for the former Adobe Lumber Yard.

“The vision for this project is to have a community place, with a farmer’s market, food trucks, live music,” said Pauline Block, head of marketing for owner Cornerstone Properties.

The first phase is working with the existing buildings before adding new features such as a music stage, a gallery of maker and artist booths and even a pavilion for beekeepers. FEED Sonoma has moved into the repainted main building. Artist David Best, known for his Burning Man sculptures, is a temporary tenant.
