Downtown’s historical Hotel Petaluma has gotten a makeover. The charming 94-year-old hotel has been restored to the grandeur of its glory days.
A new courtyard entrance on Kentucky Street has been renovated to match the building’s original 1923 appearance. Other upgrades to the hotel include modern conveniences like flat-screen televisions, free Wi-Fi and luxury bed linens.
The 1,900-square-foot ballroom is a mix of old charm and new tech, such as a new sound system. Later this year, a rooftop lounge will be the final refurbishment to downtown’s newest old friend.
Sonoma Magazine has a lot of beautiful pictures of the finished restoration.
